ABOUT THE DJ

Soulful Sista here I have been into soul music for many years and love my classic soul, rare groove, funk, disco and boogie.

My first memory of hearing soul music was when I heard my brother play James Brown and thought WOW what a sound and fell in love with it from there.

Since joining the JFSR team my knowledge, passion and love for the music grows and grows and am now taking my love on the road and have recently played at some great venue such as Kukus Nest Ilford, Soul sessions at Kempton, Twickenham and Richmond. I have also had the honour to open an alldayer in the memory of the legendary Froggy in Nuevo Bar in London and best of all have played at every Bless the Funk for the JFSR family.

Music takes you to places and memories that make you smile and reminisce and hope that you can join every Tuesday evening 8-10pm GMT to bring music that will melt your radio.
